The present study was conducted by analyzing the results of previous studies and from 45 articles published between 2016 and 2023 in reputable Persian databases (IranDoc, MagIran, Normags, SID, and the Comprehensive Human Resources Portal), 29 articles were purposefully selected, evaluated, and analyzed. The research findings showed that the most important components of ethical leadership include organizational performance, employee empowerment, self-efficacy, organizational commitment, organizational identity and productivity, organizational trust, and organizational creativity. An ethical leader plays an effective role in the improvement and progress of the organization by creating an atmosphere of trust, promoting participation, and strengthening a sense of organizational belonging. The results of this study indicate that ethical leadership not only improves individual and collective indicators in the organization, but also lays the groundwork for sustainable organizational growth and development. Accordingly, paying attention to the components of ethical leadership can be used as an effective strategy in managing and leading organizations. هدف این تحقیق، بررسی ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های رهبری اخلاقی با رویکرد فراترکیب است. پژوهش حاضر با تحلیل نتایج مطالعات پیشین انجام شده و از میان ۴۵ مقاله منتشرشده بین سال‌های ۱۳۹۵ تا ۱۴۰۲ در پایگاه‌های معتبر فارسی (ایران‌داک، مگ‌ایران، نورمگز، SID و پورتال جامع منابع انسانی)، ۲۹ مقاله به صورت هدفمند انتخاب و مورد ارزیابی و تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که مهم‌ترین مؤلفه‌های رهبری اخلاقی شامل عملکرد سازمانی، توانمندسازی کارکنان، خودکارامدی، تعهد سازمانی، هویت و بهره‌وری سازمانی، اعتماد سازمانی و خلاقیت سازمانی است. رهبر اخلاقی با ایجاد فضای اعتماد، ارتقای مشارکت‌پذیری و تقویت حس تعلق سازمانی، نقش مؤثری در بهبود و پیشرفت سازمان ایفا می‌کند. نتایج این مطالعه حاکی از آن است که رهبری اخلاقی نه تنها موجب ارتقای شاخص‌های فردی و جمعی در سازمان می‌شود، بلکه زمینه‌ساز رشد و توسعه پایدار سازمانی نیز خواهد بود. بر این اساس، توجه به مؤلفه‌های رهبری اخلاقی می‌تواند به عنوان راهبردی مؤثر در مدیریت و رهبری سازمان‌ها مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
