Abstract
Theorizing, as the highest level of knowledge, depends on a group of underlying factors in the theorist itself, his time and space requirements and surroundings. The main question of the paper is that what is the role of ethics (Including virtues and vices) and the firm characteristics of the theorist in the process of the production of science and theorization? With the help of descriptive-analytical method, that is, referring to religious texts and rational analyzes, we have shown that the ethics of the theorist plays the role at least on the three main stages from the various stages of the production of the science include: (1) problemology or problem-finding, (2) the science’s teleology or targeting, and (3) the process of the discovering and understanding the reality. It has also been shown that this role-playing is merely grounded, not more, and it has also become clear that this role-playing never implies the acceptance of the normative or meta-normal relativism about knowledge.
Keywords: morality, theorizing, science production, problem-finding, relativism

Abstract
Quantitative research, based on the positivist paradigm, seeks to provide explanations based on universal rules, and its main purpose is an objective measurement, testing hypotheses, prediction and control. Meanwhile, "performance evaluation" is also one of the four elements of the knowledge of organization and management, which measures and assesses the status quo. So that it can be used as the basis for deciding whether to continue, modify or prevent the ongoing work. Accordingly, identifying the effective indicators on the performance, measuring the performance of the units under evaluation and recognizing their strengths and weaknesses is of great importance. Today, data envelopment analysis (DEA) is a method for comparing and evaluating the relative efficiency of the units under evaluation, that, each has similar multiple inputs and outputs. This paper reviews and analyzes the data envelopment analysis method as one of the best and most widely used tools in quantitative research.
Key Words: performance evaluation, quantitative research, data envelopment analysis.

Abstract
According to the faculty members of the Islamshahr Islamic Azad University, one of the structural approaches of the Country Higher Education in the field of humanities and religion is an analysis of the effective deterrent factors on the Theorizing Seats, scientific critique and debate, and identifying and prioritizing its solutions. Using descriptive-survey method, this paper has studied the entire faculty members of the university, considering that 174 of them were selected randomly by the Stratified Sampling method as the sample group. Required data were collected through a researcher-made questionnaire with a reliability of 0.89 based on Likert scale 5. Data analysis based on single-group Z inferential tests and single group analysis of variance (F) showed that, respectively, cultural, administrative-structural, factors related to policy making of the theorizing system, providing research service’s methods and motivational factors have a deterrent role in theorizing; however, the inhibitory intensity of the various studied factors is not statistically significant with 0.99. Providing stronger scientific-research privileges for the professors and compilation of a comprehensive agenda of the Theorizing Seats are respectively the most effective solutions to overcome the obstacles.

Abstract
Selecting a fresh and applied topic for research is an important and difficult task. Studying the most important criteria for selecting a research topic from the point of view of graduate studies students is the aim of this paper. This survey, which is done by survey method, is an applied research in terms of purpose and it is a descriptive-analytical one in terms of nature. The statistical society is the total number of graduate studies students of the Humanities and Social Sciences of Shahid Chamran University of Ahwaz (1489 people), using the Krejsi-Morgan table, the approximate sample size was estimated at 306 people. Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. Studies have shown that, among the criteria for selecting a research topic, the students have paid more attention to criteria such as “the new and applicable nature of the subject” and “the possibility of taking advantage of the results of research in the future”. They do not care much about the criterion of “place and organizational belonging”. Therefore, education groups and graduate studies students of the Humanities and Social Sciences, should select a fresh and applied subjects in the topic selection process to be able to take advantage of their results in the future.

Abstract
This paper seeks to study the new qualitative methodologies, due to the importance of the method in science in general, and the humanities and social sciences in particular. Hence, considering Michel Foucault's position as a thinker, it has been trying to extract and study his specific methodology from his works and opinions. Using the documentary method and taking notes tool, the desired findings were obtained from Foucault's works as well as works that have been written about his thoughts. First, Foucault's fields of thought follow up among thinkers and philosophers such as Nietzsche, Heidegger, Merleau-Ponty and Althusser; then, two specific Foucault’s methods, called genealogy and paleontology, were discussed. Finally, Foucault's ideas and methodological achievements were criticized and evaluated.
Key Words: methodology, genealogy, paleontology, Michel Foucault.

Abstract
Ethnography, as one of the qualitative research approaches, has been widely spread over the past years and has been used in various areas of social, religious and educational research. This research approach, which has more than two thousand years of history, has been highly developed during the last hundred years, and inspire a new spirit to the qualitative research approach. Some have referred to it as an equation for a qualitative research approach. Ethnography, which is established on presence in the real world of the research community and a close relationship with research subjects, assumes that a research that occurs in the real world and examines the first-hand experience of the subject under study is more credible and reliable. Although, the findings of this research are not capable of extending to other cases, has a lot of depth and strength and opens the way for further research in similar cases. Using the documentary method and referring to the one of the most reputed ethnographic works, written by one of the American anthropologists and ethnographers, this research approach has been described and suggests steps for doing such research.
