Abstract
Minds that have been consolidated in different forms will present different interpretations of the world. The objects and phenomena of the universe manifest themselves to humans in their various forms, and the awareness of each individual is influenced by his personal experience of the world around him. Phenomenology is a method by which the knowledge and experience of various people from concepts and phenomena can be received without mediation. From a phenomenological point of view, perception is always a perception of a phenomenon, and perceptions without any phenomena is meaningless, so we have to focus our on the objects themselves. The main purpose of phenomenology is the discovery of various experiences of people from the phenomenon under investigation, in order to reach the real nature and essence of that phenomenon or concept. The presumption of phenomenology is that the world and its phenomena are located outside of mankind and the human can receive a picture of it as a mirror. Phenomenological research requires a complete understanding of its own philosophy and modes. Hence, this paper seeks to examine the philosophical principles of phenomenology, identify and elaborate the main approaches and the step-by-step method of implementing of phenomenological studies.

Classifying the tools of knowledge and solving their conflict have been also considered through emphasizing on organization and management knowledge.
