Abstract:
Achieving development and progress in education and scientific inquiry is considered a foundational cornerstone. Consequently, the study of research methodologies is of paramount importance for fostering scientific understanding and enhancing the quality of investigations. Given the expansion of these methodologies and to facilitate users in identifying and applying their various stages, this article has sought to examine the "Content Analysis" research method and introduce it with greater clarity. This study is a systematic narrative review, conducted by searching and examining previous studies in databases using library resources, and has been reprocessed and refined through a methodological lens on content analysis. Based on the research findings, discussions on content analysis have been utilized from the past to the present. "Content Analysis" is a documentary research method that provides a systematic, objective, quantitative, and generalizable examination of communicative messages. It is an independent scientific method, employed both on its own and alongside other qualitative processes, to achieve a conceptual model or framework, describe and summarize data, make inferences from them, and formulate theory.
