Today, specialized journals in various scientific fields and disciplines serve as a reflection of the latest deliberations, intellectual endeavors, innovations, and research undertaken by scholars and researchers. The Imam Khomeini Educational and Research Institute (may his soul rest in peace), as one of the active institutions working at the intersection of religion, philosophical sciences, and the humanities and social sciences, considers the publication of an academic and research journal in the field of philosophical sciences to be consistent with its objectives. Through this initiative, it seeks to promote intellectual efforts in theorizing, invigorate rational inquiry, foster the exchange of ideas, and encourage scholarly criticism of the views of leading thinkers. This charter sets out the general plan for this scholarly endeavor, establishes the framework for the journal's activities, and serves as its guiding document.

Objectives

1. To create suitable conditions for conducting up-to-date specialized research in philosophical sciences and to help expand such research;

2. To disseminate the scholarly findings of experts, professors, and researchers;

3. To address specialized intellectual and philosophical needs;

4. To create an appropriate forum for the exchange of views on fundamental and challenging topics and issues;

5. To continuously critique and evaluate the perspectives, theories, and opinions presented on relevant topics and issues;

6. To address existing deficiencies and shortcomings in philosophical research;

7. To contribute to the growth and flourishing of scholarly research on the relationship between religion and the various branches of applied philosophy;

8. To introduce significant and innovative works and research in the field of philosophical studies;

9. To provide information about philosophical academic and research journals, books, websites, and conferences.
